AI Readiness Audit.

2–4 weeks · vendor-independent · fixed fee

Most operators know AI matters. Far fewer have a clear, honest picture of whether their business is actually ready for it, or where it would help versus where it would just add cost and risk. The audit answers that, before you spend money on tools or sign another vendor contract.

It's built for hospitality operators and groups, and for the technology businesses that serve them. It's vendor-independent, which means the recommendations are about what's right for you, not what anyone's trying to sell.

What it covers.

  • Data foundation. Whether your guest, booking and financial data is clean, consolidated and actually usable, or trapped in silos across PMS, POS, CRM and the inevitable spreadsheet.
  • Technology stack. A full inventory of what you run, which systems are open and which are closed, and an honest read on each vendor's AI roadmap: genuine capability, or relabelled features.
  • AI visibility and discovery. What ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Google say about you today, whether your data is machine-readable, and whether you're bookable through emerging AI channels or invisible to them.
  • Operations and use cases. Where AI would deliver clear, measurable return in your specific operation, and where it wouldn't. Which processes are sound enough to automate, and which need fixing first, because AI amplifies a broken process as readily as a good one.
  • Commercial and pricing. What you pay across the stack today, where AI-driven pricing changes are heading, and whether you can measure the outcomes you'd need to evaluate or negotiate them.
  • People and skills. Whether your team can evaluate vendor claims, spot AI-washing and act on AI outputs, and where targeted upskilling closes the gap fastest.
  • Security and governance. Whether you have a framework for what AI can and can't do, sound data handling and compliance, and the controls in place before you connect systems to AI platforms.

How it works.

The audit runs over two to four weeks, depending on the size of your estate. It starts with a short discovery call to scope it, moves into a structured review of your systems, data and commercial arrangements with input from the people who run them day to day, and ends with a working session where we walk your leadership team through what we found and agree priorities.

The audit is a fixed fee, agreed up front once the scope is clear from the discovery call, and set by the size of your estate rather than by time spent. You'll know the full cost before anything starts.

What you're left with.

A written report, a prioritised roadmap, and a clear sense of sequence: what to do first, what can wait, and what to stop paying for. The output is what to do next, not what to buy next.

Start with a discovery call.

Most audit conversations start with a short call to talk through where you are, what's prompting the question, and whether the engagement is the right fit. No agenda required.
